Servers page and second server fix

We have added a new page to the website: Servers. It shows a live list of running KaM Remake servers and statistics from the past 24 hours. We plan to add more graphs and features to this page over the coming weeks. A huge thanks to Siegfried and N8Inc for helping with this! 🙂

I have also released a second update to the dedicated server, (r2460) as there was still a crash on Linux in the previous one. Please update your server from the downloads page. This should also fix the problem with “ghost players” on some servers, where a room will remain occupied by one player even though that person has long since disconnected. There currently appear to be 3 rooms occupied by ghost players, and some of them have been there for days. So please update your servers as soon as possible to fix this and other issues.
